- Time to PLEASE place all HOLIDAY orders now for pick-up on Saturday, Dec. 21st from 5-10 AM ($20 non-refundable deposit required please and thank you!) =
- fresh turkey sizing is 8-12 #range, 14-16# range, and 24-28# range
- whole smoked turkeys, fully cooked, around 16-18#
- whole smoked pheasants
- capon roasting chickens
- whole ducks
- boneless leg of lamb roasts, lamb loin chops/racks, whole lamb shanks
- half or whole smoked hams (please specify sizing!)
- beef bone-in standing rib roasts and boneless prime rib steaks/roasts
- beef filet/tenderloin, half, whole, or in steaks
- Certain items and sizes will sell out so please order soon! This really helps all of us small farms plan for your holiday needs!

- YES, THE LOCAL MERCER SMOKED CHEDDAR CHEESE IS BACK again FOR $5 EACH ! This is the last weekend for it! This sale profits the Butler/Beaver Cattle Judging 4-H Program for youth ages 8-18, where children learn about quality cattle and milk

- PORK HOT SAUSAGE, AND ITALIAN TURKEY LINKS, with peppers and onions(classic), or with mixed root vegetables and sprouts/cabbage, simmered in chicken broth
