• Whether you purchased your wood cutting board from us or another retailer, it needs to be protected with block oil.  We have a wonderful plant-based product that can help keep your boards, butcher blocks, and wooden utensils protected and looking great for a lifetime. Greek Gourmet Hummus

• The Greek Gourmet won't be at market this week, but will be back on June 18th with 20 FLAVORS of hummus!

  - Maplebrook Burrata -  mozzarella filled with cream and shreds of more mozzarella. Great on salads or toast
  - Landaff - a cave aged tomme from the Cellars at Jasper Hills. Somewhat cheddar-like in texture and flavor. Notes of buttermilk.
  - Little Dickens - a funky little bloomy rind from the Adirondacks. Extremely creamy with floral notes.
